This season is wild right now. 

I feel you. I'm on my journey of post-baby and my days don't look the same and my nights aren't full of quality sleep always. That can mess with me. 

Excuses and reasons have a lot to do with fear. The fear of not following through. The fear of not having enough time. The fear of "what's the point" and the fear of seeing zero change. 

I'm on a mission to help give you tools and work with you on how to follow through no matter your season and schedule. I think busy women know how to get stuff done.
