POST 2 // PUMPING WHILE TRAVELING
Your Milk Stork comes with storage bags, but I prefer the Medela ones because they are thicker.
Storage Bags (if you have a preference) A Sharpie (to write on your bags) Medela cleaning wipes 2 Bottles A pump (your pump does NOT count as a carry-on in airports) Pump parts Breast pads (I brought four total for my trip!) Prepped snacks for the day My special hydrate supplement (it gives you electrolytes)
I ended up pumping 60 ounces to bring home with me. I was working out, snacking and staying hydrated. I also kept my my bottles + pumping parts in the fridge if I didn't have time to clean them.
I am so glad that I brought a Sharpie with me! I would mark down the dates + ounces and just store the milk in the fridge.
NOW. MAKE SURE TO READ THE LAST POST. I AM STOKED ABOUT IT.
It's how I traveled THROUGH TSA with 60 ounces of milk without it being opened and dumped.
